Feba Zimbabwe

Feba International is downsizing its operations in its Harare office.

The restructuring is in line with current changes within the Feba International family and is a response to the current economic recession affecting most countries.

In letters received by employees, the National Director of Feba Zimbabwe Pastor Kurai Madzonga adviced that the ministry  "has been operating with the bulk of its financial support coming from its head office in the United Kingdom. Recently this support has been reduced by almost 50%." 

"This letter serves to notify you as it offers you an option to voluntarily resign from your post with effect from the 2nd of December 2008," part of the letter stated.

The Board of Governors of Feba Zimbabwe will meet to decide on the future structure of the ministry.

Feba Zimbabwe currently has a staff complement of  nine.
