We suffer together

When a tyre goes flat, the car can no longer proceed. It can not say to the flat tyre "Stay behind, we will proceed without you!"

As members of one body, when one part suffers we all suffer together. The head can not sya to the leg because you are not feeling well, I will leave you at home and proceed to go to school! That's why it is so important that we stand together as families, organisations and nations. We all need each other.

Ever had a family member who was involved in a scandal? The shame was not only for that memebr, but for the entire clan! Ever had a family member who won an honourable award? The honour was not entirely for that member, but for the whole family.

"If one member suffers , all suffer together; if one member is honoured, all rejoice together" (1 Corinthians 12:26)

Therefore, it is important that we all do our best not to let others down. Sharpen your skills, improve your knowledge, practice more and prepare more thoroughly so that you will not be the tyre that goes flat and stop the car from proceeding!

Ask God today to make you aware of the areas of your life that need to be ammended so that you do not become the stumbling block that stops your family from progressing or your organisation from reaching it's maximum potential!
