When nothing makes sense

We have all been at that point when nothing seems to make any sense in our lives. You look around you and you wonder what is really going on?

Fortune tellers, witchdoctors and psychics get a lot of business from people who are at that stage where nothing makes sense in their lives. Maybe you are at that stage right now and you feel like consulting witchdoctors to find out what is happening in your life. Job in the Bible reached that stage too, and he cried out; "I give up; I am tired of living. Leave me alone. My life makes no sense" (Job
7:16 ).

Listen, noone else can make sense out of your life except God who created you. Before he even formed you he had created a purpose for your life! "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you and before you were born I set you apart" (Jeremiah 1:5)

Therefore, there is no need for you to stretch your head trying to make sense out of your life. You might have consulted your friends, relatives, pastors or parents; but sadly, they can't make sense out of your life!

Come before God today and lament, He is the only one who knows exactly what is happening in your life. Nothing is unknown to God, no detail about your life is hidden from him. He knows exactly where you are today, where you have been in the past and where you will be in the future.

SO surrender your mess before him, surrender your confusion before him, surrender your uncertainty before God.

In God everything finds its purpose; and only then can life begin to make sense!
