Be Yourself!

What kind of a person are you? We are all different; even children of the same mother and father can not be the same.

We come in different shapes and sizes, height and weight; with different temperaments and reserves. You are very special just as you are, with all your high temper and high drama moments. If you allow yourself to shine just as you are - you will be a unique and historical presence to those around you. It's sad to note how we often struggle to be like some popular hip hop star or inspirational preacher. That popular star you are trying so much to imitate is where he is today because he chose to be himself. He allowed the unique star within him to be unveiled.

So stop trying to be like David; you are not David - you are Joe! You will yield great results once you allow your natural God - given talents in you to shine. God knit you together in your mother's womb. You are wonderfully and fearfully made. (Psalm 139;13-14)
