Becoming Better not Bitter!
Bad experiences have a way of making us bitter and angry, especially when they come one after the other.
Sometimes you can undergo several painful experiences. Maybe they fired you at your work place due to false allegations about your conduct. Your spouse might have left you because he heard some very vicious rumours about you that was not true. Maybe you were raped and noone believed your story, or you have been married for 10 years but you have no child - but a series of multiple miscarriages. When painful experiences like that cloud over your life, feelings of bitterness and anger towards life and God can overcome you. Listen, bad experiences will always be there, but you can decide how to handle them. Instead of becoming bitter and sour, you can choose to become better. The Bible encourages us that all things work together for good, for those who are in the Lord. Every bad experience comes with a new lesson about life. Allow yourself to learn from each bad experience and become a better person. Some of the strong people you admire today are strong because they have been through terrible happenings.
So get up, and refuse to let your bad fortunes make you bitter, but BETTER!
