Are you having a bad day?

Some days are full of dark clouds. Disappointments, failures and shameful experiences have a way of wearing us down.

When you go through one disappointment after the other, it may appear
like everyone is working against you. Maybe you are having such a day.
You might have been told some very unkind words by someone or your boss
is giving you a rough time. Maybe your spouse let you down big time, or
your best friend betrayed you. These experiences tend to steal our joy,
and shadow over our smiles. You may actually be looking gloomy and
defeated, and withdrawn from life. Is that the way forward? Certainly
not! The Bible encourages us to rejoice in the Lord always. Remember
its "rejoice always", not sometimes! Don't allow your circumstances to
determine your mood. God wants you to be joyous always, no matter what
you are going through.

So, shake off that dark mood, and embrace the joy of the Lord.
