Feba Zim 2008 Programmes
The year has started well with Feba Zimbabwe signing a
ZWD52 billion airtime barter deal with the Zimbabwe Brodcasting Corporation (ZBC).
In this deal, Feba Zimbabwe has secured a supply of programmes to ZBC from January 1 - October 31, 2008.
To this effect, the following programmes are currently on air:
- Sunday Morning Service - Spot FM - 45 minutes
- Sunday Morning Service - National FM - 45 minutes
- Sunday Morning Service - Radio Zimbabwe - 45 minutes
- Living and Loving - Spot Fm - 30 minutes
- Faith in Action - Spot FM - 30 minutes
- Tirivakundi - Radio Zimbabwe - 30 minutes
- Guidelines - Spot FM - 20 minute
These programmes add up to 245 minutes a week up from 125 minutes in September 2007. Radio Zimbabwe and National FM broadcast in Shona and Ndebele, with Radio Zimbabwe also available on shortwave from 1800-0600 hours everyday.
With such capacity, Feba Zim can now begin to consider increasing further its output to at least 300 minutes a week by March and a projected 400 minutes in July.
