Harare on Tuesday received what we could term the first rains.

Showers were first experienced in the north west part of Harare in the afternoon. The showers soon spread to most parts of Harare and by late evening, Harare west and north had received significant showers.

We are hopefull that this is a sign that the 2007 - 2008 farming season will be a wet one; a sign of revival.
